PAYMENTS

All prices are in EUR and full payment is required prior to shipping an item.
This website utilizes Squarespace's Commerce function for order management, with Stripe serving as the payment processor. Stripe accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.
Kindly be advised that your bank may apply additional charges for international orders.

ORDER PROCCESING

Once payment is received, your order will typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.
All artworks are wrapped using cushioning wrap, foam and set in a sturdy cardboard box to reduce the risk of damage during shipping

SHIPPING

The delivery times provided below are estimates only, as actual transit times may vary based on your location. Please take note of this. In the confirmation email sent to you after your order has been shipped, a tracking number and corresponding link will be provided. Please contact us prior to placing the order, if you need faster service or would like to use another carrier . Note: Additional shipping costs will apply.
Since there are very different works both in size and wieght there is no flat rate shipping. Please check shipping cost for each individual product at the checkout.

Please note that international packages are subject to customs clearance, and in instances where customs processing is delayed, delivery may take up to 6 weeks. International orders may be subject to customs fees, tariffs / duties or taxes. You are responsible for any customs duties or additional taxes that may be charged upon delivery.

DAMAGED/ LOST PACKAGES

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, it might be undergoing customs clearance. Please be patient .In the event of a lost package, kindly reach out to your local post office for assistance. Should the package appear tampered with or visibly damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, please ensure to document the damage before opening it, as evidence may be required when filing a claim with the post office.

dp will not assume responsibility for the loss or damage of items during transit.

Per Pošta Slovenija, International Business Parcel  shipments containing merchandise are insured against loss, damage, or missing contents up to 420 EUR at no additional charge.

If you wish to buy extra insurance or prefer to use an alternative carrier, kindly get in touch with us before placing your order. Please note that additional charges may apply, and a signature might be necessary upon delivery.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to reasons such as an incorrect address provided, you will be notified via email. Please note that a refund will not be issued in such cases. You are responsible for the expenses related to reshipping the package to the correct address.

RETURNS

Due to the unique nature of our products and the size of our business, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure to carefully review the descriptions, dimensions, and shipping information before finalizing your purchase. In the rare event that you receive incorrect or defective artwork (excluding damages incurred during transit), please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund the artwork must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days. We will cover the return shipping costs in this case.

Differences in the color of the artwork compared to what is displayed online may occur due to monitor settings. Please be aware that differences in color will not be accepted as grounds for a 'defective' refund.

FRAMES

All works comes in a ready- to- hang shadowbox frame made of oak, with a standard glazing.
Alternative glazing with UltraVue UV65 Glass (UV block up to 65%) may be available .This glazing type virtually eliminate reflections and prevent fading.

CARE/ CLEANING

Please note the following important guidelines: Keep the artwork away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures  and moisture. Avoid hanging it in areas with condensation or near sources of excessive heat, such as radiators or steam pipes.
It's important to acknowledge that dp will not be liable for any changes in the artwork resulting from climate, moisture, humidity, mold  or any other events beyond our control.
We offer alternative UltraVue UV65 Glass (blocks up to 65% of UV rays). It is anti-reflective and helps preserve and protect your artwork from light damage.

 When cleaning use canned air to clear away any dirt or dust from the glazing surface. If additional spot cleaning is needed, use the following techniques:

- Place the glass on a clean, non-abrasive surface for cleaning.
- Use a clean, soft, lint-free cloth to clean the glass. Tru Vue recommends using a micro-fiber cloth.
- Spray a small amount of ammonia-free cleaner onto the cloth. Spraying on the cloth will prevent overspray.
- Press the cloth against the glass and clean in round, circular motions.
